The Positive Intelligence program is a six-week online course that guides you in your development of your mental fitness and resilience. Based on the book “Positive Intelligence: Why Only 20% of Teams and Individual Achieve Their True Potential and How You Can Achieve Yours by Shirzad Chamine”, a Stanford lecturer and executive coach. During the program you will learn how to recognize your negative mental thoughts/habits, or “Saboteurs”, and then how to strengthen or even change your neural mental pathways and create strong positive mental muscles, or “Sage’s”.
The PQ Six-Week Program Includes
Weekly 50 minute 1:1 Coaching Session (unless signed up as a group, known as a POD) with your Coach.

Access to the PQ app, where you will receive daily messages as well as be able to chart your progress and journal right on the app so you can integrate the benefits of becoming more Sage into your daily life with greater ease.

Weekly Video presented by Shirzad, the author of the book Positive Intelligence and founder of the PQ system. These videos will help deepen your Sage (wiser self) while learning to weaken your Saboteurs (negative views).
