Welcome to Wellness Coaching—a 6-week reset for your health, sleep, energy, stress reduction and overall fitness. This isn’t a “just do more workouts” program (though you’ll get stronger). It’s a body–mind–spirit approach that helps you take a real, honest look at how you’re performing in your daily life—so you can feel better, function better, and build a long, rewarding life. We’ll focus on the habits and rhythms that actually move the needle: recovery, stress, movement, nutrition basics, and the mindset that makes it all stick.
