A Mental Fitness Program

Coach Jeanette’s 7-Week PQ Coaching Program helps women break free from the mental habits that keep them stuck, stressed, and second-guessing themselves. The Positive Intelligence (PQ) Program creates long term sustained change by laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice where you’ll learn how to quiet your inner critic, build mental fitness, and respond to life with more calmness, confidence, and clarity. This is where overwhelm starts to lift, where self-sabotage loses its grip, and the stronger, wiser version of you begins to lead.

What if I told you it was possible to have tools and strategies to build great Mental Fitness!

The Positive Intelligence program is a six-week online course that guides you in your development of your mental fitness and resilience. Based on the book “Positive Intelligence: Why Only 20% of Teams and Individual Achieve Their True Potential and How You Can Achieve Yours by Shirzad Chamine”, a Stanford lecturer and executive coach. During the program you will learn how to recognize your negative mental thoughts/habits, or “Saboteurs”, and then how to strengthen or even change your neural mental pathways and create strong positive mental muscles, or “Sage’s”.

A transparent Coach who will help you understand why your self-sabotaging your life.



Weekly 50 minute 1:1 Coaching Session (unless signed up as a group, known as a POD) with your Coach.

A full years access to the PQ app so you can receive daily messages and chart your progress and journal.

A digital copy of the book, Positive Intelligence by Shirzard Charmine.
