Email 1: Invite to Take the Saboteur Assessment

Subject: Sharing something that really helped me
Hi [First Name],
I wanted to share something with you that really opened my eyes recently.
We all deal with stress, frustration, or self-doubt from time to time - but I've learned that these aren't just random - they’re often triggered by patterns in our minds called Saboteurs. They’re automatic habits we pick up early in life that quietly shape how we react to challenges, often without us realizing it.
(Insert your short story here, something like: “For me, I realized how often I let my inner Judge take over. It pushed me to always be harder on myself, which I thought was motivating—but it was really draining.")
There’s a free Saboteur Assessment that helped me identify these patterns and start shifting them. It only takes 5 minutes, and I think you might find it just as eye-opening.
If interested, simply hit reply to this email with YES and I'll send you the link to take the assessment.
After you take it, I’d love to hear what you discover. I’ve found it’s even more powerful to talk through the results together — so if you’re curious, we could set up a short chat.
Warmly,
[Your Name]

When your prospective client replies YES, visit the Coach Dashboard to send an invite to the Saboteur Assessment.

Email 2: Invite to Saboteur Discovery Session (SDS)

Subject Line Options
  • Want to unpack your Saboteur results together?
  • Let’s talk about what showed up in your assessment
Hi [First Name],
I hope you found the Saboteur Assessment as impactful as I did.
When I first took it, I was surprised at how clearly it reflected patterns I hadn’t fully seen before. It made such a difference in how I understood my own stress, relationships, and capacity that I decided to get trained in this work so I could help others do the same.
If you're curious to go a bit deeper, I’d love to offer you a free Saboteur Discovery Session.
It’s a 30 to 45-minute conversation where we’ll explore:
  • How your top Saboteurs might be showing up in day-to-day life
  • What they may be costing you (energy, focus, confidence, connection)
  • A practical shift you can start using right away to access a calmer, clearer, more resilient version of yourself
If you’re open to it, I’d love to hold that space for you. Here’s my link to book a time.
And if you’re not ready for a full session, no problem — I’d still be glad to connect briefly and hear what stood out to you in the assessment.
Warmly,
[Your Name]

Email 3: After SDS — Prospective Client is a YES to PQ Program

Subject Line: Let’s build your mental fitness together
Hi [First Name],
I’m so excited that you’re ready to take this next step toward building your mental fitness. It’s powerful work, and I’m honored to walk alongside you.
Something that really stood out from our session was:
[Insert a short reflection or insight from the SDS—e.g., “how clearly your Controller was driving the need to do it all yourself, even when it’s exhausting.”]
I remember seeing that same pattern in myself when I started this work:
[Insert brief personal example—e.g., “My Avoider had me pretending I was ‘fine’ while everything underneath was fraying.”]
That’s why the PQ Program felt so meaningful for me and I truly believe this program can unlock meaningful change for you.
Here’s what’s next:
  1. I’ll send a short agreement and your first invoice
  2. We’ll schedule your onboarding call and set our weekly Pod time
  3. You’ll begin the 7-week, app-based program with daily practice and weekly support from me
Let me know if you have any questions before we begin. Otherwise, I’ll send the details soon!
Warmly,
[Your Name]

Email 4: After SDS — Prospective Client is a No or Waffling

Subject Line: Still thinking about the PQ Program?
Hi [First Name],
Thank you again for our Discovery Session. I appreciated how open you were to exploring your Saboteurs and their impact.
One thing that stood out to me was:
[Insert something they shared or a pattern that emerged—e.g., “how your Hyper-Achiever keeps raising the bar, even when you’re running on empty.”]
It reminded me of my own experience when I first took the assessment:
[Insert your personal moment—e.g., “I realized how often my Judge convinced me I wasn’t doing enough, even when I was burned out.”]
That insight was what nudged me to join the PQ Program and it’s what helped me finally shift how I relate to stress and success.
I completely understand if now’s not the right time. And I’m here if you want to explore it further, ask questions, or just sit with it a bit longer.  The opportunity will still be here if and when you are ready down the line.
And if someone in your life is struggling with stress, self-doubt, or just feeling stuck - I’d be happy to offer them a Discovery Session too, just let me know.
Warmly,
[Your Name]
