I’m a professionally trained Life and Health Coach and a Positive Intelligence (PQ) Coach, which means I have the methodologies, tools, and mindset practices to help you move past stress, self-doubt, and overwhelm into confidence, calm, and direction.
I bring a strong mind–body approach to my work. I’ve been a Certified Yoga Instructor since 2019, and I understand how a rejuvenated body and a serene mind work together. Whether it’s breathwork, gentle movement, or simply learning to pause, I help you harmonize your physical and mental well-being so changes don’t just sound good—they actually stick.
Before coaching full-time, I spent years as a Realtor, sitting at kitchen tables and walking people through some of their biggest, most emotional life decisions—divorce, downsizing, relocations, fresh starts. In those moments, I learned how to support people in their most pressing situations, helping them navigate stress, uncertainty, and “What now?” with empathy, practicality, and a plan.
A little personal backstory: I relocated from the UK to Maryland, USA in 2007 and married my husband, Marc. Long before that, I was once ranked 10th in the UK for the 200m sprint—so yes, I know a thing or two about discipline, focus, and going after big goals (and finishing strong).
